At Natural Herbal Hub, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return, refund, and re-dispatch policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged Product or Shipping Issue

If your parcel arrives damaged, broken, or there is a shipping issue caused by the courier service:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Clear photos/videos of the parcel and product are required.
After verification, we will re-dispatch the product without additional product charges.

For prepaid/online payment orders, if the issue is confirmed from our side or the courier side, we will send the parcel again at no extra product cost.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer full cash refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering by mistake
Refusing parcel after dispatch
Delivered parcels without valid issue

3. Cancellation / Change of Mind Charges

If a customer wants to cancel the order after online payment due to change of mind:

A 30% deduction will apply from the paid amount.
This deduction covers:
- Shipping charges
- Packaging expenses
- Flyer/marketing material costs
- Payment processing fees
- Handling expenses

The remaining amount may be refunded after deductions, if applicable.

4. Delivered Parcels

Once a parcel is successfully delivered:

No return or exchange will be accepted for change of mind.
We only handle genuine damaged or wrong-product cases.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returned Parcels

If a customer does not receive or accept a Cash on Delivery (COD) parcel and wants the order dispatched again:

The customer must pay at least Rs. 300 advance online payment before re-dispatch.
This amount helps cover previous shipping and handling charges.

Without advance payment, the order will not be re-shipped.

6. Important Notes

Please provide correct address and phone details while ordering.
Natural Herbal Hub reserves the right to refuse suspicious or abusive return requests.
Delivery delays caused by courier companies, weather, or public holidays are beyond our direct control.
